Welcome to the Loya Family YMCA!!!
Welcome to the Loya Family YMCA where we strive to make your YMCA experience as positive and uplifting as possible. Whether you are a regular member, a program participant, volunteer, donor or are just curious about what the YMCA is all about, the Loya Family YMCA has something for you. We are currently expanding our program offerings for all ages so that we literally have something for everyone.
The YMCA is a partnership with the community and as such we welcome feedback from you regarding your YMCA experience. We want to know how we are doing as well as what we need to be doing to meet the needs of our community.
At the YMCA our objectives are to 1) build strong kids through our youth development, sports and enrichment programs, 2) strengthen families by creating opportunities for families to participate together and to connect with other families and 3) support personal health and well being through our wellness programs as well as by showing everyone how to make positive, healthy choices regarding their nutrition and lifestyle habits.
You can participate at the YMCA by becoming a member, by contributing to the Strong Kids Campaign which helps provide financial assistance to those who cannot afford our regular program and membership fees or by volunteering your time and energy in programs, special events or on our branch committee of advisors. There truly is something for everyone at the YMCA. Thank you for visiting our website.

Women on Weights
Weight Training designed for women, sculpting targeted areas, and practicing mental relaxation techniques. Low impact exercise, providing the opportunity to unwind with others. Classes are modified to meet every participant’s goals. Led by certified instructors with many years of experience, you will be challenged and satisfied during every class.
